How can I delete my Assemblands account?

IMPORTANT: Please note that once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored in any way, even by reaching out to our support team.

Steps to delete your account:

Open the game on your device.
Tap your Company icon on the top left of the game screen to open the terminal.
In the terminal, tap the red LOGIN ADMIN button on the top right.
Tap the SETTINGS tab.
Tap the DELETE COMPANY button.
In the confirm deletion window, there is a countdown before the deletion button is clickable.
Tap the DELETE button once is clickable.
After this, your account and your company will be permanently deleted.

Note:

If you’re signed-out, please sign-in first using the email that you wish to delete and follow the steps above.
Banned accounts are not eligible for data deletion until the ban expires. We want to prevent people from evading the ban.

If you want to play the game again, you can create a new account or join as a guest.
